[Alone Winter Wilderness] Heavy Snow Hot Tent Camping with my Dog

I’m up in the mountain wilderness all alone with my dog and a heavy backpack. Long hike to the camp spot but it was a lot of fun seeing all the tall trees and as we ascended, the snow grew deeper with each step. The air grew colder, biting at our cheeks as we climbed higher into the mountains. Each breath crystallized in the frigid air, and the landscape transformed into a winter wonderland, blanketed in pristine white. The deeper the snow became, the more I had to exert ourselves, but the beauty of the snowy landscape made every step worthwhile.
