RECIPE
Steak Rub Ingredients: Salt, Pepper, Chipotle, Garlic Powder, Oregano
If you want it spicier, add Cayenne Pepper!
Season steak generously. If you have it, coat steak with olive oil too! Let steak sit and marinate for 45 minutes.
Season asparagus with salt and pepper, and olive oil if you have it.
Don’t forget to salt the potato water!
Cooking times depend on desired doneness & the BBQ temperature. The BBQ in the video is extremely hot. Use a meat thermometer if you’re not sure!
Grilled Steak: I cook each side twice, 1.75 to 2 minutes each round, for total of 7 to 8 minutes.
Grilled Asparagus: I cook approximately 5 minutes, flipping every minute or so.
Boiled Potatoes: Boil approximately 20 minutes. Poke with fork to determine when done.
