久しぶりにダッチオーブンを持ち出してのキャンプ。簡単ですがポットローストのような料理を作ってみました。ダッチオーブン料理は薪の種類と質、それによる安定して長持ちの燠炭と熱の管理が命ですね。
今回は焚美さんのお誘いでしたが、手料理を喜んでいただけて良かった。
It’s been a while since to took a Dutch oven to the woods Tried some kind of a pot roast chicken but it was good. The key to Dutch oven cooking is good quality firewood, a nice and long-life ember, and heat control. I was happy that Takimi enjoyed my cooking.
